Shipping Policy
When your order is placed and received by Ava Harwood, the manufacturing process will begin. The waiting period for the dress to be completed is approximately 3-4 weeks, with an additional four days for postage to your home. The postage costs for the dress is $25 Australia wide with an additional cost for Express Postage if requested. The dress will be boxed and a signature will be required on receipt of the package. Australia Post is the carrier that is used by Ava Harwood and tracking information will be provided to our customers who have ordered online.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Responsibility for providing the correct address is that of the customer. If the package is returned to Ava Harwood due to an incorrect address being given, the dress will be re-sent with any additional postage costs being charged to the customer.
Tracking information will be provided with a signature on receipt being required. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days Australia wide with Australia Post being the only carrier used by Ava Harwood. Express shipping can be arranged with additional costs and is 1-3 business days after the dress has been shipped.
Customers will be notified when the dress has been manufactured which is on average 3-4 weeks after the order has been received. It will then be shipped to the customer with the applicable postage times commencing from that date.
